Leo Walsh's Fundraiser

Donate today to empower youth through basketball!
Invest in our kids, using basketball to bridge divides and make the world a better place :)
We are no longer accepting donations on this campaign, but there are other ways for you to support us today!
Hey there!
My name is Leo Walsh, and I am biking across the country to raise money for PeacePlayers International.
PeacePlayers is a nonprofit that uses the power of sport to unite, educate and inspire young people to create a more peaceful world. They offer sport programming, peace education, and leadership development to those living in communities in conflict.
-----
From August to November, Pennsylvania to California, I will be living on two wheels with a camera and a basketball, taking pictures of hoops and playing basketball with anyone and everyone along the way.
I believe that basketball has the power to heal, the power to unite. For the last 15 years, PeacePlayers has proven that to be true, using basketball as a force for good in communities around the world-- from Northern Ireland to Brooklyn, Israel to Chicago, South Africa to LA.
-----
All of the money raised from this bike ride will go directly to PPI's domestic programming in five American cities-- Detroit, Baltimore, New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles-- where they use basketball to bridge racial divides and empower local leaders in the community.
Just a small donation will go a long way in helping me meet my fundraising goal on behalf of PeacePlayers-- investing in our youth to make the world a better place!
Thank you so much!
